Two rounds of eight-player HCS Slayer. The first split the sixteen into the two pools the rulebook names; the second put the top four of each pool into a winners' championship and everyone else into a losers' championship, both starting from nothing.

Final standings

A game's order is the one its own carnage report showed -- kills, with ties sharing a place. The second round is where the finishing order comes from: "These final games are winner take all and don't take previous rounds into account", so the winners' championship is 1st to 8th and the losers' championship 9th to 16th. Where the board tied, the rulebook's own chain breaks it: most assists, then fewest deaths, then most damage dealt.
