Seeds 1 and 2 had first-round byes. Every playoff was a best of 3 in Team Slayer, but no game's title, map or winner was recorded: a winning team is known to have taken two games, and whether the losing team took one is not. One pairing does not match the finishes shown above: the results sheet had Steve's and Paul's last round the wrong way round on the night, the teams were drawn from it as it stood, and the free-for-all has since been corrected.
